• FIND PEACE, PERSERVERANCE & PURPOSE ON THE TRAILS

I specialize in coaching athletes who are balancing the demands of family, career, and all the intricacies of daily life alongside their passion for running. My goal is to provide personalized support and accountability while maintaining the flexibility you need—because life happens. Together, we’ll find a training rhythm that fits your current season, whatever that looks like. The focus won’t just be on reaching your endurance goals, but on helping you fall in love with the process: building, strengthening, and sustaining a lifelong running habit. Because running shouldn’t just add miles to your life—it should add meaning, too.

That’s where my coaching philosophy begins—with purpose.

Every training decision starts with one simple question: Why?
Why do you want to be an endurance runner?

Why are you seeking a coach? Why are we building your training this way?

These aren’t just questions for the sake of reflection—they’re the foundation of intentional, meaningful training. Your "why" is what fuels consistency, builds resilience, and keeps you grounded through the highs and lows. My job is to help you discover that purpose and stay connected to it, even as it evolves.

Because your life and goals are always shifting, your training needs to be flexible. We’ll work together to adjust your plan as needed, while still moving you toward your long-term vision.

You won’t just follow workouts—you’ll understand the intent behind each one. From weekly sessions to full training blocks, I’ll help you train with clarity and confidence, so you’re not just logging miles—you’re building something that lasts.

When you know your why, every step gains meaning. You train smarter, stay more consistent, and find joy in the process.

    45 miles into the Grindstone 100k 2023

I'm a mom, a teacher, and an ultrarunner. I started running later in life. It began as many running stories do, as an inexpensive way to get active. In 2011, I signed up for a half marathon, knowing that I would actually have to put in some training to cover that distance. Somewhere in the midst of the cursing my bad decisions and icing my shin splints, I fell in love with the sport.

After that initial race experience, I began running every local 5k, 10k, or half I could find. I found a colleague that loved running and that mentorship got me even more involved in the sport.

In 2018, I tried my hand at the marathon and that is where my life truly changed, the impossible was now within reach. Finishing that first 26.2 ignited a passion that I never felt before. It gave me a sense of purpose, something I've struggled to find all my life.

I've since delved into the wild world of ultrarunning, and have completed every distance from the 50k to a 100 miler.

I find so much clarity, joy, suffering, and healing on the trail. Through running I've developed confidence, grit, and flexibility that has transferred into all aspects of my life. Making me a better parent, partner, and teacher.

Now, as I near 40, I feel like I'm just getting started, and this is what brought me to coaching. Running has given me so much and I want everyone to feel that same sense of possiblity, peace, perserverance, and purpose that I've found.
